Duties include coordinating hands-on activities, ensuring all equipment is functional and safe, mock interview panels and interacting with students to provide information and answer questions.

As an Interactive Sponsor, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the next generation of construction professionals.
During the morning, you'll interview high school students, helping them practice their interview skills while identifying future talent for your company.
During the afternoon, you'll lead or assist with a hands-on construction activity, working alongside approximately 300 students as they rotate through interactive stations. This is your chance to engage with students, answer questions, share your career experiences, and showcase your trade or company in a fun, meaningful way.

School groups will be placed into mock interview panels where they will meet with each Industry Partner to engage in Q&A discussions about opportunities within their company.
