CMF INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

The Construct My Future Internship Program is a paid, credit-earning internship that connects high school students with real-world opportunities in the construction industry. Open to students age 17 and older, this program provides hands-on experience with local construction companies across a range of trades from mechanical and HVAC to management and electrical work.

Whether you're a student ready to explore your future, or an industry leader eager to invest in the next generation, this program makes it easy to get involved and make an impact.

STUDENTS

Gain Real World Experience Before You Graduate

Through a unique rotation model, you’ll spend 3–4 weeks at a time working alongside pros from different companies and specialties. You'll learn valuable, transferable skills, gain insight into various career paths, and leave with real experience and real pay.
